Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics (mariju) in the Goyang Branch of the District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics (mariju). 1. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) 14:30 on August 13, 2017, at dry field located in Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-si; (b) Daw-si divided tobacco paper into two; and (c) Daw-si, 1.39g on a free basis.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

2. On August 27, 2017, the Defendant received drugs and marijuana from D around 18:0, at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 18:0, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g g of cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp.

3. On August 27, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:10 on August 27, 2017, injected 0.1g of philophones 0.1g from D, as described in paragraph 2, into the container boxes located in Dongducheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and injected them into the left part of his/her port.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered a local mental medicine.

4. Smoking in marijuana.
