A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2016, the Defendant: (a) found one car number plate of the car number plate of the Plaintiff, which was lost by the victim C, who was located far away from the location of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul-dong”); and (b) on the ground that it was lost by the victim C.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. No one shall unlawfully use a registration number plate for a violation of the Automobile Management Act, air protection, or unlawful use of air;

On July 2016, the Defendant: (a) attached the car number plate of the Done Star set up at the Incheon East-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Incheon Metropolitan City Council, as set forth in paragraph (1); and (b) attached the Done Star and its passenger car number plate to Eone Star and its passenger car in front of Eone Star and its passenger car board; and (c) from around that time to February of the same month, the Defendant operated Eone Star and its passenger car cars with the registration number plate attached to Done Star and its passenger car board attached at the front road of the village apartment in front of the above church and the village apartment in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant used the motor vehicle registration number plate illegally and exercised the air defense that was illegally used.
