A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:00 on November 15, 2013, the Defendant embezzled a registration license plate “E” owned by the victim D in behind the public toilets in the Gagyang Park, which was located in Gayangyang-si, and did not take necessary procedures, such as acquiring one registration license plate and returning it to the victim.

2. On November 15, 2013, the Defendant unlawfully used the registration number plate, which is air wood, was attached to the front number plate of the F Ecoos car owned by the Defendant without the front number plate for the purpose of exercising the registration license plate, at the Gana park parking lot located at Mayang-si, Gayangyang-si, and used the registration license plate as air wood as described in paragraph 1.

3. From the date stated in paragraph (2) to April 10:20 to April 2, 2014, the Defendant exercised an air defense for unlawful use by operating a ecoo vehicle with a number plate attached with the illegal use, as described in paragraph (2).

4. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act;

The Defendant operated a registration number plate without attaching the registration number plate as stated in paragraphs 2 and 3 at the time and place of the entry in paragraphs 2 and 3, and used it unlawfully.
