A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:00 on September 4, 2012, the Defendant forged one registration number plate in front of the said passenger car number plate using the Athro Panel and the Astrote for the purpose of creating a registration number plate in front of the Cone Star passenger car, which was kept in custody as a default of automobile tax at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si B.

Accordingly, the defendant forged air defense for the purpose of exercising, and forged a registration number plate, thereby violating the Automobile Management Act.

2. Around 11:00 on September 11, 2012, the Defendant driven a road front of the Seongdong Central Library in Geumsung-dong with the front registration number plate attached to the said 1. The Defendant exercised the forged air defense, which was caused by driving the same as the said 1.

However, the punishment shall be determined by taking into account various factors of sentencing, such as the defendant's age, occupation and family relation, including the fact that the defendant is recognized to commit a crime and is against the defendant, that the defendant has no same criminal record and has no criminal record for the last ten years.
