A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

9,251,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Ulsan District Court to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on November 22, 2010.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
