Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On July 21, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Daegu District Court’s Pohang Branch branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 13, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant did not deal with narcotics, etc., but did not sell, provide, administer, possess, etc., the Mesofts, psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “copon,” hereinafter). However, the Defendant dealt with marijuana and Handphones as follows.

1. The Defendant purchased approximately KRW 25.4g of Handphones on five occasions from C and D as follows:

On August 21, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 10 g of philophones contained in vinyl E with KRW 2 million to C and 10g of philophones contained in vinyl C.

B. On October 2012, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 600,000,000 in F Elementary School playgrounds, and purchased approximately KRW 1.4g in total of philophones, which are divided into two types of disposable injection machines.

C. On October 2012, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1 million from F elementary school playgrounds at the end of 21:00, and purchased approximately 5 g of philophones contained in vinyl bars.

On October 22, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 100,000 and approximately 4g of philophones contained in vinyl fins.

E. From April 8, 2013 to April 21, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately five grams of philophonephones contained in vinyl 1,01, around the 101 entrance of Kimhae-si G apartment complex 1,01, from April 10, 2013.

2. The Defendant, as above, decides to sell a philophone purchased as above, to H at a price of KRW 500,000 per approximately 0.7gg (one philogram referring to the quantity of a philogram clopon) per 1 clopon, and sell clopon to H four times as follows.
