Defendants are punished by imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes listed in the [2018 Highest 2970] and judgment for each of the crimes listed in the [2019 Highest 610].

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Seoul Central District Court on February 12, 2016, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the medical prison on February 12, 2016.

After that, on December 20, 2016, the Gwangju District Court sentenced one year and six months to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and decided on July 17, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus is not a person handling narcotics, but is not able to handle the psychotropic drugs (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

The Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant: (c) the Defendant sent B the purchase price of phiphones to B; and (d) the Defendant, in return for purchasing phiphones from C known to B, sold part of phiphones purchased to B; and (c) purchased phiphones three times as follows.

1. On April 20, 2016, around April 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) delivered KRW 2,000,000 of the purchase price of philophones to C via B through B’s arrangement; and (b) purchased philophones by delivering approximately 10g of the philophones which B tried from C.

2. On May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (b) sent 100,000 won of opopopopopopopopopopopon to C through B’s arrangement; and (c) purchased opopopopopopopopopopopopopopon by delivering 5g of opopopopopopopopopopopopon from C.

3. On May 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around May 12, 2016, the Defendant: (b) sent 1 million won of opon purchase to C via B through B’s arrangement; and (c) purchased opon account of B’s delivery of approximately five grams of opon from C.

"2019 Highest 610" [criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced by the Gwangju District Court on December 20, 2016 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) and for a period of one year and six months, and the sentence shall be executed in the Jung-Eup Prison on December 13, 2017.
