Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not sell and sell a psychotropic drug camblopon (one clopon, one copon, and two copon; hereinafter referred to as "copon").

1. On July 21, 2010, the Defendant received 300,000 won from D on the roads of the C Tunnels located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and purchased and sold 0.2 gram of philophones contained in the paper to D.

2. On July 20, 2010, the Defendant received 500,000 won from D at a bath parking lot where the trade name in Busan Shipping Daegu is unknown, and thereafter purchased and sold 0.6g of philophones contained in D’s paper to D.

3. On September 17, 2010, the Defendant: (a) received 300,000 won from D on the alleyway in the alleyway near the public bath room where it is impossible to identify the trade name located in the Busan Blucdong, and (b) purchased and sold 0.35 gramphones contained in D on a disposable injection machine to D.

4. On April 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) received 1.3 million won from D at a bath parking lot where the trade name in Busan Shipping Daegu is unknown; and (b) purchased and sold 5 gramphones contained in vinyl paper to D.

5. On July 201, 201, the Defendant received 2.5 million won from D at the F bath parking lot located in Busan Shipping Daegu E, and purchased and sold 10 gramphones contained in vinyl paper to D.

6. On August 1, 201, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 400,000 from D in front of the H “H” tele-gu G in Busan Metropolitan Government on August 1, 2011; and (b) purchased and sold 0.5g philophones to D.

7. On August 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1.3 million from D in front of I located in Busan Metropolitan Government Gu G; and (b) purchased and sold 5g of phiphonephones to D, with approximately five 1.3g of phiphones.

8. At around 13:00 on August 19, 201, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from D from D on the alleyway of the I neighborhood located in Busan Metropolitan Government G on August 19, 201, and 0.0.00 Handphones to D.
