Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the president of the Korean Metal Trade Union B site under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Labor Union Federation”).

around 15:13 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “Wolol-gu Resolution on the Scolol of the Korean War” organized by the public-private partnership in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Office, and moved to the department stores located in Jung-gu Seoul Central Office. After approximately 8,000 participants in the above assembly, the Defendant occupied approximately 16:20 and 17:40 from around 16:20 of the same day to around 17:40 of the same day, and flicked in relief by going to the front of the 8th line road in front of the department store.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
