Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union Federation”) which belongs to the Modern non-regular steel labor unions.

At around 15:00 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant participated and gathered in the '831 Total Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor Relations Commission' organized by the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Steering Committee, and started to run together with 8,000 members, and came to run together with 8,000 members. On the first road of the department department store in the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, through the noble courtesy and the Bank of Korea Roterri, the Defendant was in the front road of the department department store, with the said 8,000 persons from around 16:40 on August 31, 2012 to from around 17:40 on a eight-lane road along with the said 8-lane road.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
