Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 15:13 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant participated in, and gathered together with, approximately 8,00 participants in the assembly at the meeting, which was organized by the BFF at the Seoul Central District Forum, located in the Seoul Central District Forum, and went through approximately 1,00 persons, and came into operation together with approximately 8,00 persons of the participants in the assembly at the meeting, and was located in the south-gu Seoul Central District through the Trogate Ri and the Bank of Korea street Ri, and came into the front of the department store in the middle-gu Seoul Central District, and came into use of the eight-lane road from 16:20 to 17:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
