Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Two (Evidence No. 5), 39 (Evidence No. 6) for marijuana seeds seized.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased psychotropic drugs, which were contained in the injection machine, from B, on April 20, 2015, at around 21:00, 400,000 won, by means of putting about 1g of the psychotropic drugs, which were contained in the injection machine from B; (b) around April 20, 2015; (c) around April 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) injected the psychotropic drugs into the injection machine at a time and place like the foregoing paragraph (a); and (d) injected them once in a manner of injecting them for one’s own arms.

3) On April 27, 2015, around April 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs in an infertility located in Ansan-si 3-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si (hereinafter referred to as “psychotropic drugs”); and (b) injected them for one time by means of dilution them after dilution them. (c) On May 5, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime on May 6, 2015, around May 5 to 6, 2015.00.

5) Around May 13, 2015, the Defendant, around May 13, 2015, administered one time by inserting approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs into one’s own arms after dilution, at the mutual influent telecom in Ansan-dong, at around May 13, 2015 to 21:00, in which case the Defendant was psychotropic drugs, and then injected them into the Defendant’s arms. (6) On May 20, 2015, around May 20, 2015.

7. On May 31, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on May 31, 2015, included approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs in the injection machine, in a room located on the fifth Eel located in the Donsan-si, Donsan-si around 23:00.
