C. On July 22, 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) dried up approximately 0.1g of philopon from G in a single-use injection machine; and (b) dilutioned into a single-use injection device; and (c) administered philopon in a way of injecting into the left-of-pon blood cells.
