Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. On May 25, 2015, the Defendant, around May 2015, 2015, administered once by inserting approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs, in a large-scale Ecompact room located in Ecomphere D during a war by inserting approximately 0.03g of water, which is a psychotropic drug, into his/her arms after dilution.

B. Around September 1, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, from B, in the form of a dry cream, from around 10:30 on September 1, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of Maspiles, which were psychotropic drugs, from B, in the large exhibition medium-term F. 10 on September 1, 2015.

C. Around September 1, 2015, the Defendant, at the same time and at a place as the foregoing paragraph (b), injected approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs by inserting water into an injection machine, dilution, and then injection into his arms. D.

Around September 8, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, from B, from Gelher 703, located in W during the World War, around 10:0 on September 8, 2015.

E. Around September 8, 2015, the Defendant, who committed a medication, made a dilution of approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs by inserting them into a injection machine, and then injection into his/her arms, from September 8, 2015, around 10:30 on September 8, 2015.

F. Around September 10, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:10 on September 10, 2015, possessed approximately 0.04g of Mebamins, which are psychotropic drugs contained in the injection equipment, at the same place as the above paragraph (e), in a manner of keeping approximately 0.04g of Mebamins, at one handba.

2. Defendant B

A. A. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of the psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, from A, from around 10:30 on September 1, 2015, by a method of drying up approximately 0.2g of the Mesamins, which were psychotropic drugs, located in the Dae-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 1, 2015.

B. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant committing a medication around September 1, 2015 is psychotropic drugs at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph (a).
