A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for twelve years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a ship of Chinese nationality, which is referred to the leader of the victim C (the victim's shesheshes).

1.
