Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 16, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, around 17:18, 2017, committed sexual intercourse by putting the victim L (one year old) (one year old), who was parked in the French YF Soon-dong (hereinafter referred to as Kim Jong-dong) located in the non-permanent area, with the Defendant’s possession of the Defendant, out of the victim’s clothes, cutting off the victim’s clothes, and putting the victim’s chest into the victim’s chest, and inserting the sexual flag into the victim’s negative part.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with a minor under 13 years of age.

B. On July 18, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, around 17:44, July 18, 2017, in the instant paragraph, parked in the BYF Soon-dong, Kim Jong-gu et al., left the victim’s clothes, exceeded the victim’s clothes, and sexual intercourse with the victim’s chest by inserting the sexual flag into the negative part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with a minor under 13 years of age.

On July 21, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime on July 21, 2017, in around 18:17, 2017, parked in the Blua-dong, Kim Jong-gu, Kim Jong-si, and was in sexual intercourse by putting the victim's chest out of the victim's clothes, cutting off the victim's clothes, and putting the victim's chest into the part of the victim's sound.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with a minor under 13 years of age.

On July 23, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, around 11:19 on July 23, 2017, in the instant paragraph, parked in the Blua car located in the Bluadong of Kim Jong-gu, Kim Jong-si (hereinafter referred to as the “Blua”), left the victim’s clothes, exceeded the victim’s clothes, and got sexual intercourse by inserting the victim’s chest into the victim’s negative part.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with a minor under 13 years of age.

E. On July 26, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, around July 26, 2017, left the victim’s chest in the YF Soon-dong, Kim Jong-gu, Kim Jong-gu, et al. located within the YF Soon-dong, as indicated in the above paragraph (a), and left the victim’s clothes.
