A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the requester for an order to attach an electronic device (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") were in close relationship with the victim, such as visiting the victim's house frequently and sacrificing the victim's house while living in the same club as the victim C (name, saf, current 11 years of age).
