A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim D(the age of 23) are between the same Lestop and the same Lestop.

1. In around 04:50 on September 15, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force, such as forcing the victim to talk with the victim on the work at the singing room in front of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the part of the Defendant, on the part of the victim’s chest and to put him/her on his/her finger.
