A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C (V, 18 years old) who is living together with the victim in his residence in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape by blood);

A. On or around October 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at the end of October 2017, that the victim (the age of 17 years at that time) was parked in the Defendant’s home located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and the victim said that he/she did not want to do so in the Defendant’s lera, who was parked in the Defendant’s home located in the Defendant’s home located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

Despite resistance, the defendant's sexual organ was inserted into the victim's sexual organ.

In this respect, the Defendant raped her relatives' relatives.

On December 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on December 27, 2017, 2017, at the Defendant’s house as stated in the foregoing paragraph 2-A, she was divingd by the victim (the age of 17 years at that time) and she was unable to take a sexual desire, and (b) the victim was able to play a sexual intercourse with the Defendant’s cell phone; (c) she was able to show that she was in a sexual intercourse with the Defendant’s cell phone; and (d) laid off the victim’s chest and her part on the victim’s cell.
