Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Defendant

A is a person who was elected as a candidate for the 11st non-permanent auditor election implemented on the B date.

1. No person who intends to become an executive officer of C in violation of the Act on Agricultural Cooperation through a meeting at a specific place of association shall allow members to gather at a specific place for an election campaign from 90 days before the expiration of his/her term of office, which is a period prescribed by the articles of association

2. No one who violates the Agricultural Cooperative Act by carrying out an election campaign using text messages shall carry out an election campaign in any way other than distributing election campaign bulletins in connection with an election of executive officers;

A. On July 10, 2016, the Defendant’s house located in D around 08:35 on July 10, 2016, with six members, including the above C Representatives K, using the Defendant’s mobile phone, with the Defendant’s cell phone.
