A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative director of “B” as a wood packaging industry chain, which supplies timber for export to a heat processing company, etc. registered as a heat processing company at the Agricultural, Fisheries and Fisheries Quarantine and Inspection Headquarters and manufactures wood packaging materials for export using the said timber, and supplies it to exporters, etc.

In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of timber packaging materials, the Defendant forged the seal of the disinfection treatment mark used to prove that he/she engaged in heat treatment disinfection operations in the above "Tro Timber Co., Ltd.", and used the forged seal of the disinfection treatment mark to affix it to the general timber that is not heat treatment without heat treatment, and used it to manufacture the wood packaging material using the above timber.

1. Forgery;

A. On January 1, 2010, the Defendant: (a) printed, at his own discretion without authority, the depths of IPPC (International Plant Protection Committee) on the left part of the rubber board of the size of 8 cm in width and 4 cm in length at his/her own expense, at his/her own discretion, and forged one seal of a private person, used in the main wood company, by printing the national code (KR) and the producer code (218) and heat processing code (HT) on the right part;

B. On January 1, 201, at the place indicated in paragraph 1, at the beginning 7.5cm in width and 3.5cm in length without authority, one seal of the private disinfection mark used by the main wood company by printing the core expenses of IPPC (International Plant Protection Committee) on the left part of the rubber board of the size of 3.5cm in length, and by printing the state code (KR), competent office code (20), producer code of the main wood company (218), and heat processing code (HT) on the right part.

2. On January 6, 2010, the Defendant, the above investigator, is at the “B” workplace located in Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si and at the “B” workplace, and Article 1-A.

The seals of the disinfection treatment mark of the Seodaemun Timber Co., Ltd. shall be the same as the entries in the paragraph.
