A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. For the purpose of exercising around December 28, 2012, the Defendant forged the rubber “KR-20044 HTS-008”, the seal seal affixed to the disinfection treatment mark in the name of the 7.3 cm in width and 3.4 cm in Si-ro, 3.4 cm in the store near the Kimpo market.

2. On December 28, 2012, the above investigator’s event: (a) around December 28, 2012, the Defendant: (b) affixed a disinfection treatment mark (KR-20044 HTS-08) of the “(HTS-08) Industrial Complex”; (c) on the heat treatment of timber of a total of 180.087 square meters by the Defendant located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (d) affixed a rubber seal on the wood packaging as if the rubber was duly registered and issued in accordance with the plant disease control Act and the provisions related to the Agricultural Power Management Act; and (e) carried out each of them on the heat treatment of wood of a total of 180.087 square meters by May 15, 2015.
