A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who manufactures wood packaging materials for export with timber, and operates a “C” as a manufacturer of wood packaging materials, which supplies wood packaging materials to exporters, etc. after heat treatment is heat treatment from international Ethel Co., Ltd. registered with the Agricultural and Forestry Quarantine Headquarters as a heat treatment company.

The Defendant, without any heat processing procedure, forged the seal of the disinfection treatment mark used to prove that he performed heat treatment disinfection work in the above International Ethel Co., Ltd. for the purpose of delivering the export volume in line with the delivery deadline, and put the seal on the wood packaging without heat treatment using the forged disinfection mark seal.

1. On April 2014, the Defendant forged one seal (No. 1) seal (No. 7.4m wide, 2.8m long, 2.8m long, and one seal (No. 1) used by a private person in the International Ethtiel Co., Ltd.
