Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall indicate or advertise the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses, quality, and packaging of livestock products differently from facts or exaggeratedly;

Nevertheless, on March 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) indicated the expiration date on March 21, 2016 to the G meat retail business establishment located in Chuncheon-si, with employees H, the distribution period kept in the air conditioners located in the air conditioners located in G meat retail business establishment via his/her employees H; and (b) indicated the back date of packing on March 21, 2016 after re-processing with the domestic air conditioners 1,272g, up to March 20, 2016.

2. No livestock product, the distribution deadline of which expires, shall be sold, nor treated, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported, or displayed for sale, for the purpose of sale;

Nevertheless, on March 21, 2016, the Defendant kept 4,522g of the air conditioners up to March 20, 2016, after cutting and subdividing from the G meat retail business establishment, which was operated by the Defendant around March 21, 2016, to the air conditioners located in the said business establishment for the purpose of sale, despite the expiration of the distribution period, despite the expiration of the distribution period of 4,52g of the back of the air conditioners until March 20, 2016.
