A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to raise living expenses during the time when the defendant was living in the old without a certain occupation or residence, the defendant had intruded into commercial buildings in night to steal the property.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On November 201, 2014, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the inside through a window not corrected from “Evise shop” in the operation of the victim D(M, 60 years of age) located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) took 500 fake 10 out of the money receiver owned by the victim.

B. On December 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded inside the “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F (F) in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, on the first and second day of 02:00, through the window not corrected from the “G” restaurant; and (b) stolen ten 500 foot grams that were owned by the victim from the money receiver at the same place.

C. On December 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim I (the 51-year old-old) inside the “J Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in the “J Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” of the Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu (hereinafter referred to as “J Licensed Real Estate Agent Office”); and (b) invaded the victim’s share of KRW 2,500 in total, and KRW 8,000 in the market price owned by the victim and KRW 8,000 in total, in the same tradition where the kitchen was installed.

On December 26, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded inside the victim K (n, 37 years of age) through a window not corrected from the “L-Cho-gu” operated by the Y; and (b) destroyed the victim’s market price of KRW 200,000 and the market price of KRW 100,000,000.

E. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant intruded inside a n cafeteria operated by the “N” restaurant operated by the victim M(56 years of age) in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and caused the intrusion to the inside, and the total sum of KRW 1,000 per cent of the money owned by the victim and the market price owned by the victim in the air conditioners located therein.
