A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two months in the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc., and on August 21, 2015, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

On May 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance in front of the victim C’D operation on the first floor of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul from around 06:00 to 07:00; and (b) intruded into the said restaurant; (c) cut off cash of KRW 235,000 in a small credit cooperative located in the carter.
