Reasons
Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant, who completed the night-time business, stolen money and valuables from a cafeteria that intrudes inside the cafeteria, etc. through the windows, etc. in the place of the cafeteria, and thought to use them for living expenses, etc.
1. On December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a “E” restaurant for the victim’s D operation in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) opened and intruded inside the entrance; and (c) cut off the cash of 2.50,000 won owned by the said victim from the calculated simplified cash depository.
2. At around 01:00 on January 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed a wooden atmosphere (10cc in length) under the “H” shop for the operation of the Victim G in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) laid the window under the window frame, laid down the corrective device in a scambing manner; (c) opened the cambrop; and (d) cut down the 10,000 won owned by the said victim; and (d) cut down the 160,000 won in total, including 60,00 won in 1,00 won in 60,000 won in 5,00 won in 2,50 won in cambrop, 500 won in total.
3. The Defendant, around 01:00 on January 18, 2015, opened a “K” restaurant operated by the victim J in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, in his hand, and went into the inside through this opening, and then taken up the cash amounting to KRW 8,500,00 in total, including four 1,00 won 4,50 foot franchis, owned by the said victim.
