A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Establishment of Homeland Reserve Forces Act, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, and the Defendant did not report his/her residence without justifiable grounds, even though he/she moved to Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, to D around July 2013, and became registered his/her domicile unknown on April 30, 2014.

2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 25, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant confirmed that the first race was divided into the Victim F’s house located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, and that there was no person inside the house, and subsequently, confirmed that the Defendant opened and intrudes into the house with a view to not correction in excess of the fence, and caused a theft of KRW 300,000,000 in total, including a pair of gold 2.60,000 won in the inside and outside of the said house, and a total of KRW 2.60,000,000,000,000,000 won in total, such as 1 pair, 14:0

B. On June 10, 2015, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) divided the first race into the Victim H’s house located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) confirmed that there was no person in the house; (c) opened the window of an unrecepted gate and living room; and (d) intruded into the house into the house; and (d) cut down the cash amounting to KRW 100,000 in total, such as KRW 100,000,000, KRW 2,5,000, KRW 5,000, KRW 5,000, KRW 5,000, KRW 5,00

C. On June 13, 2015, around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) checked the first race at the victim J’s house located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon; and (b) confirmed that there was no person in the house; (c) opened a corrective window in excess of the fence and intrude into the house; and (d) intruded into the house into the house, resulting in a theft of the total amount of KRW 100,000 in the number of 2 bars located in the ward.

On June 16, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) divided the first race into the Victim L's House located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and confirmed that there is no person inside the house; (b) opened a gate in excess of the fence and intruded into the house into the house; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s property equivalent to the sum of KRW 1.6 million, including two gold girs in excess of the market price of KRW 1.5 million, and the low wirs in excess of KRW 1.6 million.
