A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of B New Zealand XD car (hereinafter referred to as “car for this case”), and the front registration number of this car was kept in custody on September 27, 2018.

On March 15, 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Sacheon City around 10:00, moved to the size of a white maf paper into the Defendant’s registration number plate, made a fake registration number plate by stating the “B” in the maf paper in the examination color, attached it by V in front of the instant car, and had ASEAN drive the instant car.

D) At around 10:15 on the same day, at around 10:15, the Defendant was carrying the Defendant’s house and operated the instant car with the forged registration number plate attached in approximately 3 km section from the front road of the Defendant’s house to the front road of the Defendant’s house.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate for air for the purpose of exercising the right, and used the forged motor vehicle registration number plate in collusion with D as above.
