A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Two (No. 1) motor vehicle number plates seized shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 2013, the Defendant was subject to seizure of the car number plate for his EXE car from the Daegu Dong-gu Office due to the default of automobile tax, and was willing to forge the car number plate to attach it to the above EXE car.
1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act due to forgery of air defense and registration number plate shall forge a registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act;
Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on March 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) inserted the word “B” in the blue-gu, Daegu-gu, in its own residential area, on the 33.5 cm wide and 15.5 cm long, and made two registration number plates by means of inserting the word “B” on a white bulletin board; and (b) attaching it on it.
In this respect, the defendant forged two copies of the air defense registration number plate for the purpose of exercising.
2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act due to use of forged air, use of forged motor vehicle registration number plate.
(a) No person shall use a forged registration number plate around March 15, 2014;
Nevertheless, around March 15, 2014, the Defendant exercised a forged motor vehicle registration number plate by operating the said motor vehicle at the front and rear side of the motor vehicle at the construction site of an identity apartment, which is forged as provided in paragraph (1).
B. On July 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:20 on July 29, 2014, operated a forged “B” motor vehicle number plate as stipulated in paragraph (1) in front of the LH construction site in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, and exercised the forged motor vehicle registration number plate by operating the said motor vehicle in front and back of his/her X-ray motor vehicle.
