가. 피고인은 2014. 3. 27. 07:00경 부산 남구 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 E실내포차에서, 술을 마신 후 다른 코너 손님들에게 ‘씨발놈아, 술을 한 잔 줘봐라’라는 등으로 약 40분 동안 행패를 부려 다른 손님들이 가게 안으로 들어오지 못하게 하였다.

On June 21, 2014, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 03:15, on the roads located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City F; (b) on the grounds that L, a police officer belonging to the K District of the Busan Southern Police Station, who called out after having received a report for the same reason as paragraph (c) of Article 1, prevented the Defendant from committing the Defendant’s act; and (c) embling back the police officer, who was listed before the 112 patrol to stop driving the police officer’s car and was on board the driver’s seat.
