A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim D’s “E” operated by the victim D in the Dong-gu Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon; (b) reported the Defendant’s shouldered glass room to the effect that “the victim would take measures because he could come to the building structure of the building,” and putting the victim’s abundance, i.e., “I am going to the seat of the building,” and boomed the body, and boomed the victim’s abundance, and boomed the victim’s abundance, and boomed the victim’s abundance, and boomed the victim’s abundance by drinking the victim’s door before the victim’s door, and by preventing the customers who had come to the said door from entering, thereby hindering the victim’s a sudden business operation by force.

3. The Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on May 9, 2015, within the “J” market managed by the victim I located in Nam-gu, Incheon, and under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant diversed the disturbance by stating that “portphones are lost; (b) reported to the police.” (c) the said victim demanded several times that the customers would suffer damage; (d) but rather, she frighted to the larger interest for about 20 minutes.
