Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) conspiredd with the related parties C and the Internet to use the goods for daily expenses by pretending to sell the goods, and (b) conspired to use C’s NAD to use them for daily expenses; and (c) to receive money from the account in the name of C.

On March 24, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet NAVV Liber, stating that “The right to freedom from QR (PR) will be sold” using the Internet NAC name ID, and that “the Defendant will transmit five copies to the victim D who reported and contacted the above writing in writing when remitting KRW 100,000 to the victim D.”

However, in fact, the defendant and C attempted to receive money from the victims who reported and contacted the above advertisement and use it for the cost of living, and there was no intention or ability to sell the goods.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 100,00 from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number E) in the name of C at around 17:32 on the same day, and acquired KRW 10,000 from around that time to April 29, 2016, a total of KRW 867,000 from 13 victims, as stated in the separate crime list (1) in the above method.

2. On January 30, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with F, posted a false statement stating that “I will sell the right to freedom of play parks (I will sell the right to freedom of play)” by linking F with “I will deliver the relevant right to use if I will make a prior payment of KRW 54,000.”

However, even if the defendant and F did not have the right to use the goods, they did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods even if they receive the transaction price from the purchase requester.

The Defendant and F, as above, deceiving the victim and are F.m. from the victim.
