Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months for habitual fraud at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on September 13, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on January 29, 2015.

On October 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the District Court for the purpose of fraud, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on January 13, 2017.

1. On April 6, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she would visit NAV websites to buy an Emergyet from among the NAV sites and contact with the victim H to deposit KRW 75,000 on deposit of KRW 75,00,00, thereby sending an Emergyet.

However, the defendant was not in possession of the Berberland pocketet, and there was no intention or ability to sell it to the victim.

The Defendant, as above, received KRW 75,00 from an enterprise bank account (Account Number: I) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the victim for the payment of goods from the victim, and received KRW 1,626,00 in total from 29 victims in the same manner from August 6, 2017 to 29 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, as well as from August 6, 2017.

2. On March 31, 2017, at a place where it is difficult to identify the place, the Defendant posted a false statement stating that he/she sold “Berland Freedom 2 Chapter” by accessing the Internet NAV to the Republic of Korea, and selling “Berland Freedom 2” to the victim J who expressed his/her intent to purchase.

However, the defendant did not have valid rights to freedom of Ireland QR code, and there was no intention or ability to sell it to the victim.

The defendant, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form, receives 48,000 won from the injured party to the corporate bank account (Account Number:K) in the name of the same day and receives 48,000 won from the injured party, from that time to May 20, 2017.
