Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a person running a service business, such as advertising, with the trade name “C (mutual name after alteration: D).” 2) The Defendant is a regional housing association established to conduct a new apartment construction project (hereinafter “instant project”) by using the E-Japan as a project site.
B. On August 3, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an advertising agency contract (hereinafter “instant advertising agency contract”) with the Committee for Promotion of the Regional Housing Association B (hereinafter “B Promotion Committee”), which is the Defendant’s telegraphor, with the following content: (a) the Plaintiff would perform the advertising agency business requested by B Promotion Committee; and (b) the Plaintiff entered into an advertising agency contract (hereinafter “instant advertising agency contract”).

Details are as follows:
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for the mutual rights and obligations and to faithfully carry out the advertising agency work requested by “A (B) Promotion Committee and F)” (F).
