The Defendant, as the Plaintiff

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company established on March 19, 2012 with its principal business purpose as a public performance and public relations marketing business, etc., and the Defendant is a company established on April 27, 2010 with its principal business purpose.
