Purport of claim and appeal

1. The grounds for the court’s explanation of the instant case are as follows: “The National Health Insurance Corporation” of the 3rd judgment of the court of first instance from 5th to 5th judgment of the court of second instance.

“B,” which is insufficient to delete the Defendants’ assertion as evidence that was additionally submitted in the trial, and to recognize the Defendants’ assertion as evidence, is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept it in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and all appeals by the defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
