Criminal facts

On October 21, 2018, from around 01:12 to 02:45 on the same day, the Defendant received goods equivalent to a total of 135,780 won of the market price or acquired property benefits on seven occasions in total, as shown in the list of crimes, and used the check card lost by others.

3. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around 03:10 on October 21, 2018, completed the C’s C Bank C’s C Bank C’s C bank body cke card at the N convenience store located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M.
