A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On October 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obtained a copy of the D Bank C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’ and did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (b) carried the Defendant’s idea to use it.

B. On October 29, 2018, around 14:00 on October 29, 2018, the Defendant obtained one copy of the H card lost by the victim G, and did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, but did it with his/her idea to use.

In this respect, the defendant embezzled property that has been separated from the occupation of the victims two times.

2. On October 12, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act by using another’s card and the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 31,670 from 05:07 on October 12, 2018 from 05:07, and provided C’s physical card, as stated in the above paragraph (a), to the employees working at the above convenience store, as if he was his own card, and settled the account. From around that time to October 15:30, 2018, the Defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to KRW 776,630 through 12 times as indicated in the list of crimes, and used another person’s credit card or debit card.

3. Attempted fraud.

A. On October 12, 2018, the Defendant presented C-owned D-related C-related C-related C-related C-related C-related C-related C-related C-related C-related card as indicated in the above 1-A and attempted to purchase an article amounting to 19,000 won due to insufficient balance of the card connected with the C-related card, and subsequently failed to settle the account.

B. On October 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:26, obtained “N” operated by the victim 2 in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) from the victims of the above insular disaster, C.
