A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

6,800,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional charges are imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the defendant does not deal with the psychotropic drugs, so it is not a person handling narcotics, but imports and administers the philophones as follows.

1. Import of philophones;

A. The Defendant intended to import and sell phiphones from C and Australia to the Republic of Korea, and C intended to seek phiphones from Australia to the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant conspireded to receive and sell phiphones in the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, on June 18, 2016, C concealed about 10g of the 10 grams, which was contained in two plastic bags in the cosmetic cream box, and sent the said crophone to the air code in the Australia Melel Co., Ltd., and sent the said crophone to the said international crogate, and thereafter, the said international crophone was transshippeded to the Hong Kong J air at the Hong Kong Port, and arrived at the Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea around 18:36 of the same month, and the Defendant received the said crophone from the K apartment guard room in the Government of the Republic of Korea around the 22 p.m. of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with C.

B. As above, the Defendant agreed to import penphones from Australia, and C, on June 2016, concealed approximately 8 grams in total of clophones contained in 2 plastic paper in the cosmetic, and sent the said penphones to the air code in the Australian Melber Airport in Australia, sent the said international special transport phone with international express transport freight, and then transshipped the said international special transport freight in the Thai Airport port in Thailand (TG) E, transshipment of the said international transport freight from the TG port in Thailand.

7. 1. At around 06:37, the Defendant arrived at Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea, and the same year.

7.4.Chophon received international express shipments concealed by the said penphone at the K Apartment Guard room of the Government of the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with C.

2. Medication of phiphones.
