Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B
A. Although Defendant B was not a person handling psychotropic drugs, Defendant B did not deal with psychotropic drugs-related campons (one camopon, hereinafter referred to as camons), the F (China nationality, F) and the Republic of Korea decided to import camons into the Republic of Korea, F intended to play the role of sending camons from China to the Republic of Korea, Defendant B conspired to receive camons in the Republic of Korea, and imported camphones as follows.
1) On February 2016, Defendant B and F sent the international special transport freight concealing approximately 4.8g of philopon by air (K) air in Vietnam, and around 00:20 on February 21, 2016, Defendant B received the said philopon at the residence located in G located in the Dong-gu in Ansan-si of the same month. Accordingly, Defendant B and F imported the philopon in collusion with F. Accordingly, Defendant B and F imported the philopon in line with the above public offering; F sent the international special transport freight concealinging approximately 14.4g of philopon with Chinese air (K); Defendant B and the above 17th of the same month arrive at the residence of Defendant B and the above 17th of the same month.
Accordingly, Defendant B imported philophones in collusion with F.
B. On March 2016, Defendant B administered philophones in a way that the philophones were 0.3g of oplophones on Alumin’s dwelling at the lower end of the Defendant’s dwelling at the lower end on March 2016 and the smokes occurred by heating 0.3g of oplophones.
2. Defendant A
A. Although Defendant A was not a person handling narcotics, Defendant A purchased philophones as follows, it was prohibited from dealing with psychotropic drugs.
