A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

10,800,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Gohap 50] The Defendant imported and administered philophones as follows, even though he did not deal with Metropha (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as 'philophone'), which is a local mental medicine, as a escape resident of North Korea, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. Import of philophones;

A. The Defendant agreed to import and sell philophones into D and Korea, and the Defendant conspireded to receive and sell philophones from Australia to the Republic of Korea; and D to receive and sell philophones in the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) concealed about 10g of the total sum of chophonephones contained in two plastic paper paper in the cosmetics cream box in the middle of June 2016; (b) sent the said chophonephones to the airport of Australia, which is an international special transmission freight, and then sent the said chophones to the air in the red bean airport.

On June 18, 2016, when the traffic aviation (CX) E calls for transshipment of the foregoing international special transmission material, the arrival to the Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea around 18:36 on June 18, 2016, and D received international special transmission material with the concealment of the pedon from the F apartment guard office at the time of the government around 2:00 on June 22, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with D.

B. As above, the Defendant decided to import penphones from Australia. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed approximately eight grams of philophones contained in two plastic bags in the cosmetic cream box; (b) sent the said philophones to the airport in Australia, and sent the said clophones to the airport in Australia, and (c) sent the said clophones to the airport in Thailand, and (TG) sent the said clophones to the airport in Thailand, and (TG) sent the said clophones to the Incheon International Airport in the Republic of Korea around July 1, 2016, around 06:37, D received the clobs concealed goods concealed from the clobsian apartment guards room in the above clobs.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with D.
