A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around September 201, the Defendant: (a) received a request from China to the effect that he/she would seek and send a psychotropic drug-related psychotropic drug-related clocks (one clocks, hereinafter referred to as clocks) to the Republic of Korea by means of international telephone from D, which received a request from C to request C to seek a domestic clocks; and (b) conspired to import the clocks.

On September 29, 2011, the Defendant sent 100 ghon to an international special invoice by concealing D’s international telephone from D to E in order to import honopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic, and on September 30, 2011, an aircraft 5196 Xopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic on the international special invoice at the Incheon State port.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E, D, and C, imported 100 ghonphones.

2. On November 201, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to import philophones by accepting a request from D to C to the effect that he/she would seek and send philophones again into an international telephone upon receipt of a request from C to the effect that he/she would seek and send philophones into the Republic of Korea.

On November 22, 2011, the Defendant connected E and D in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph in the Man-gu Man-gu Man-gu, China, and caused E to receive transfer of KRW 23 million from the Man-gu Man-gu, Man-gu through a defacing weather, and then concealed 198.54g Man-ro 198.54g, and sent it as an international special transport cargo, and on November 23, 2011, the aircraft 5X196, which is loaded with international special transport cargo, arrived at the port of the Incheon State.

Accordingly, the defendant is E, D, C.
