[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who has served in a DF for 24 years and retired on September 3, 2014, and is willing to leave the first time to run in an election for the head of the DFF nationwide, which was held on March 11, 2015, and Defendant B is a member of the DFF and has the right to vote for the head of the DF.

The national simultaneous election campaign may be carried out from February 26, 2015, which is the day immediately following the deadline for the registration of candidates to March 10, 2015, and no person shall visit each unit for an election campaign.

An elector, his/her family member, or an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by an elector, his/her family member, or the elector or his/her family member, in connection with an election of the head of the national cooperative at the same time, shall not provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide, money, goods, entertainment, or other economic benefits or a public or private job, and shall not receive, or consent

1. Defendant A

A. A. From October 2014, the Defendant visited F’s home of the members F (tentative name) of the Hambon E, and set up an election campaign in F with the following manner: (a) called “I ambling from Dambling to F before ice; and (b) I ambling to F to the head of the livestock cooperative; (c) at the time of this election, I ambling and asked for support; and (d) from around that time to November 2014, the Defendant called “I ambling to F’s home”; and (c) sought 16 houses of members of G and E from that time to November 2014, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant made an election campaign when it is not an election campaign period, and visited each house for the election campaign.

B. On January 31, 2015, at around 18:30, the Defendant complained of support by stating that “I want to take part in the election of the president of the association with pride, I wish to take part in the election of the president of the association, I wish to do so with a great help.”
