Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On December 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken the body of the victim, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by photographing the body part of the body of the female victim in a bus by using a cell phone with a camera function inside the F bus, which was located in the same Jincheon-dong, from the Seogu Seo-gu basin of Daegu, Seocheon-gu; (b) was displayed openly by posting a copy of the photograph taken on the Internet website Ninbane G on December 16, 2014.

B. On May 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) taken the body of the victim, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by taking flamere on a cell phone with the body part of the victim in the bus located in the bus using a cell phone with the camera function inside the F bus, and displayed the victim’s body against his/her will, by posting a copy of the photograph taken in the Internet site No. 9:30, May 18, 2015, the Defendant displayed the victim’s body openly.

On June 2015, the Defendant, using mobile phones with the same Jincheon-dong from the Seogu Seo-gu basin of Daegu-gu, a police officer, taken the lower body part of the female victims in the bus using a mobile phone with the function of a camera in the F bus once, and continuously taken the lower body part of the female victims in the bus on one occasion, and taken the body part of the female victims in the bus, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, against their will. On June 21, 2015, the Defendant displayed two photographs taken in the Internet site G, as above, around 09:13, 2015.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, on March 16, 2015, 12:57 around H in and near Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, where he was fluored by using visual camera and sited in the chair.
