Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 2014, the Defendant taken pictures of a female victim’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame of shame, by taking a body part of the body part of the female victim’s body, whose name is unknown by using a cell phone with a short camera function inside the crosswalk in the Guri-si, Siri-si, and displayed such pictures on the Internet site “E”, around October 27, 2014, and displayed them openly.

B. On December 28, 2014, the Defendant, at the bus stops located in the Guri-si, Siri-si bus stops, taken a part of the body part of the female victim’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, by taking one time the body part of the body part of the female victim, where it is impossible to find out his/her name, because he/she saw short booms with the aforementioned mobile phone, and displayed a photograph taken as above in E on February 28, 2015 to openly display the body part of the victim’s body against his/her will, and on February 28, 2015, by posting the photograph taken as above in E.

The Defendant was in operation as the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 2015.

In F bus, the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation by photographing three parts of the body body of a female victim whose name is unknown by taking three times the body part of the female victim’s seat, with a short colored flapsing using the above mobile phone, was taken against his/her will, and on March 13, 2015, three copies of the photographs taken on the above “E” were displayed openly.

2. Defendant B

A. On April 2015, the Defendant taken three times the lower body part of a female victim’s body, with which it is difficult to find out that the Defendant she was able to take three times, using a mobile phone with a camera function in the subway line G located in Seocho-gu Seoul, which was operated as Kimpo Airport Station, from the subway G located in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
