A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On August 22, 2015, at around 18:04, the Defendant: (a) taken the body part of the victim’s body part, which may cause sexual humiliation by being carried by the Defendant, who was placed in the Kamera, and could cause a sense of sexual humiliation by being carried by the Defendant, at the C Station B located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) taken the body part of the victim’s body part, which may cause sexual humiliation against the victim’s will; (c) taken the body part of the victim’s body part, which may cause a sense of sexual humiliation by going against the victim’s will; and (d) taken the body part of the victim’s body part, which might cause a sense of sexual humiliation by going against the victim’s will; and (e) taken the victim’s body part, which might cause a sense of sexual humiliation after being carried by the Defendant with the Defendant’s cell.

B. On August 22, 2015, at around 22:42, the Defendant taken a video image against his/her will, on the E station in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, the victim’s lower body part of the victim’s body, who might have caused sexual humiliation by following the Defendant’s portable phone with the Defendant inside the camera, white, male fluor, and fluore women who suffered sexual humiliation.

On August 22, 2015, at around 22:58, the Defendant taken a video image of the victim’s body part against his will, which could cause sexual humiliation, with the Defendant’s cell phone, the Defendant’s cell phone, which is Kameras, and the Defendant’s cell phone, and which might have caused sexual humiliation.

(d)

On August 22, 2015, at around 23:08, the Defendant taken video images against the victim’s will, in light of the G Station Incheon subway No. 1, subway No. 1, which was located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant’s portable phone with the Defendant inside Kamerra, followed the Defendant, and caused sexual humiliation.

2. The Defendant who interferes with the performance of official duties on August 23, 2015.
