Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,00.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50 on May 3, 2012, 2012, when the victim C (here, 47 years of age) demanded that the victim do not use the victim’s betting in “Dsing room” operated by the victim C (here, 47 years of age); (b) the victim did not use the victim’s betting room; and (c) as such, he/she was aware of the fact that the singing room is operating normally, and was engaged in illegal business by employing the singing, he/she reported the false fact to 112; and (d) reported the Defendant’s on-site control by the Defendant’s report; and (e) prevented the victim from operating the victim’s lawful operation of the singing room by checking the existence of illegal business in the said singing room at around 10-20 minutes by force.

2. On May 8, 2012, around 02:22: (a) the Defendant: (b) reported the Defendant’s report on the fact that the Defendant had not employed the Defendant’s mobile phone in the middle-gu Seoul Jung-gu Pungdong 2012 and had no witness to provide alcoholic beverages to customers; (c) on the one hand, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s legitimate operation of the singing room by reporting the false fact twice to 112; and (d) reported the Defendant’s report on the fact that the Defendant had engaged in illegal business in the above singing room; and (e) prevented the Defendant from doing business in fact by checking each room; and (e) obstructed the victim’s lawful operation of the singing room by force between 10:20 minutes and twenty-minutes.

3. On May 9, 2012, the Defendant, at around 23:44, at the same place as the above paragraph (2) above, employed the instant singing room and provided alcoholic beverages to customers three times via the same method, and as such, reported false facts to 112, and reported to 112, assigned two persons, including G, etc., such as the Central and Cranc Police Station guards, from the field control, have them carry out illegal operations at the said singing room.
