A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

A. On April 19, 2013, the Defendant continued to run as a police officer, and was delivered KRW 300,000 to the victim by acting as if the instant singing would be controlled by a police officer, and 200,000 won under the name of the police officer's meeting expenses, 200,000 won on June 5, 2013, 30,000 won as a police officer's gift expenses on September 16, 2013, and 50,000 won as a protection expense on December 27, 2013, respectively.

As a result, the defendant got 1,250,000 won property by joining the victim, and exercised his official authority on the crackdown on illegal business by misrepresenting the police officer who is a public official.

B. On December 14, 2013, the Defendant F was the victim F at “H” located in G in Sistitu City around 13:00, and the Seo-gu Incheon City.
