When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who worked in a singing room operated by the victim B for about two years, and the victim is a person who operates a singing practice room with the trade name of “D” (hereinafter referred to as “d”) from the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The defendant had falsely reported to the police on the ground that the above singing does not appear in mind, and had the police take an administrative disposition, such as business suspension, or criminal punishment against the singing singing.

On January 12, 2018, the Defendant reported 112 by telephone calls from the former North Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Seocho-gu Branch”) to the effect that “the Defendant is employing and selling alcoholic beverages in a singing room near the five entrances located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu,” thereby obstructing the Defendant’s musical services by having the police officers search the said singing room, thereby failing to pay the fees, and thereby obstructing the Defendant’s musical services by means of the said deceptive scheme from that time until May 21:57, 2018.

1. The gist of the claim is that the victim actually employed the Domins and sold alcohol, thereby making 112 reports, and is a legitimate act.

2. The Defendant, at each time listed in the separate sheet, phone calls in the previous North Korea, and in fact, did not confirm and report the sales of, or employment of, alcoholic beverages in, singing at each time.

Even if the principal is well aware of his or her work at his or her place, he or she does not know that he or she actually sells alcoholic beverages at that time or operates a business by employing a rain, and he or she makes a false report.
